This Diploma Programme in Apparel Merchandising (Applied) is launched in collaboration with National Skill Development Corporation (NSDC) which gives you in-depth theoretical as well as practical knowledge related to the Apparel Industry and Apparel Merchandising process. This programme will provide relevant knowledge and skill to the field of apparel merchandising such skills required for merchandising, fundamentals of textiles, sourcing and buying, merchandising, planning and management. 

This programme aims to constructively provide detailed knowledge about the apparel industry information to the learners as it is in very high demand due to the new fashion trends. The apparel merchandising industries have various opportunities for the young generation as their career objectives to utilize their skills.

The Internship and Practical will be provided by NSDC to the Learners, for which a monthly stipend will be paid as well. The programme attempts to integrate knowledge and skills in the field of merchandising.

NSDC Based Skill Components:

Both the Internship and Practical components of the Diploma Programme will be handled by National Skill development Corporation (NSDC). Following centres will be provided by NSDC for your Internship. Learners have to make own arrangements to identify their centres and complete the required credits.
